Meet Luke
Luke completed his Masters of Dietetic Practice in 2019 at LaTrobe University in Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, and an Honours in Nutrition. Since that time, he has worked as a dietitian in private practice.
Luke's special interest lies at the intersection of optimising nutrition for performance and making food and nutrition easier for people to access, no matter the barrier.
Luke’s experience as a dietitian includes an in-depth knowledge of all things nutrition for ‘invisible’ or ‘unseen’ illnesses. He is well-known for his understanding of hypermobility syndromes and conditions and symptoms commonly associated with hypermobility e.g. fatigue, pain, POTS, endometriosis and more, as well as all the gastrointestinal symptoms and conditions.
Luke also has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports, including dancing, swimming, gymnastics, cheerleading, sprinting, triathlon, golf, and various ball sports.
While not a pole dancer himself (yet), Luke has been introduced to the pole lifestyle and community by his wife (who is also hypermobile), and he is incredibly excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to the pole and aerial community.
